We built the Hub so you can find the information you need without anyone tracking you. No account. No cookies. No personal information collected. You can read every page without telling us who you are.
What we don’t do
- We don’t ask for your name, email, postcode, age, or any other detail about you.
- We don’t set cookies.
- We don’t use any analytics tools, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts to watch what you do on the site.
- We don’t have an account or login system.
- We don’t share, sell, or send any information about you to anyone else.
What your browser does locally
When you search the Hub, your browser briefly remembers what you were searching for as you move between pages. This is so the search box stays helpful — for example, if you start a search on the home page, the results page knows what you were looking for.
This information stays on your device and is cleared when you close the browser tab. It never reaches us.
What our host can see
Like every website, the Hub is delivered by a hosting service — in our case, Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare sees the IP address of your internet connection (the number your internet provider assigns to your device) so it can send the page back to you. We don’t see or store this.
Cloudflare’s privacy policy explains what they do with it. They use it for security and to keep the site online — not to track individual visitors.
Links to other websites
The Hub includes links to other websites — like health departments, hospitals, support organisations, and Australian Government services. These websites have their own privacy policies. We don’t control them, and we don’t know what they collect when you visit. We try to only link to organisations we trust, but please read their privacy policies if you’re not sure.
If you contact us
If you email us with a question or to suggest a change, we’ll see your email address and whatever you write to us. We’ll use it only to reply or follow up. We don’t add anyone to a mailing list and we don’t share contact details with anyone else.
If this ever changes
If we add anything that does collect or share information about you (for example, basic site analytics), we’ll update this page first and explain what changed.
